Topic Records
Billing itself as "probably the oldest independent record company in the world" this venerable British label is home to a host of UK folk legends, from Martin Carthy and June Tabor to the young group Tarras.

Vanguard Records
A label that has historically lived up to its name, especially in jazz. It is currently home to Patty Larkin, Odetta, Buffy St. Marie, and others.

Waterbug Records
True artists in a very pure acoustic environment, songpoets and keepers of traditional songs. Andrew Calhoun, Kat Eggleston, Sons of the Never Wrong, Sam Pacetti, Erin McKeown and Rose Polenzani.
